First highlights from the CfP

In the past few weeks, our program team has evaluated your numerous submissions to this year's Call for Participation for re:publica 24 – as always with the active support of our fantastic track teams: This year again selected representatives from the community, loyal friends of re:publica and experts in their field as well as returning speakers helped out. Once again a big thank you for the support! 

We can already tell you one thing: the selection was once again not easy for us and many exciting sessions await you! In total, we received 1,449 submissions from 2,072 participants in this year's Call for Participation. 58% of CfP submitters are female, 40% are male and 2% are non-binary. The most submissions were in the tracks “Politics & Society” (553), “Media & Public” (239), followed by “Science & Technology” (192) and “Education & Learning” (169).
